2oz. Hibiscus Juice
1 oz. Sparkling Water
Garnish with a clementine slice or twist.

Pears well

2 oz. Koenig Pear Brandy
.75 oz. HouseMade Ginger Syrup
2 oz. Ginger Ale
0.25 oz Lime Juice
Garnish with a spring of mint and a lime wedge.



Basil honey lemonade

2 oz. Seven Devils Sunnyslope Honey Whiskey
3 oz. Lemonade with Muddled Basil
Garnish with a lemon twist on a cocktail pick.
