
Koenig Brandy
Brandy from Koenig Distillery is made using traditional Austrian methods by fermenting fruit juice from local pears, cherries, apricots, and plums into wine, which is then distilled to concentrate the flavors and alcohol. The process takes about a week and requires over 30 pounds of fruit per bottle. The spirits are distilled in our copper stills to create their smooth texture and rich character before being blended by Andy and hand bottled.
Pear Brandy
Crafted from our locally grown, tree-ripened Bartlett pears picked at the peak of ripeness, our Pear Brandy delivers an intensely aromatic pear essence. Known in Austria as Williamsbirne, this classic eau-de-vie showcases the natural beauty of the fruit with exceptional clarity and smoothness.
