
Vodka from Koenig Distillery is crafted by fermenting locally sourced potatoes, huckleberries, and peaches into a natural mash over six weeks, which is then carefully distilled multiple times to capture their unique flavors and purity. The process takes about a week and uses over 10 pounds of raw ingredients per bottle. Distilled in our traditional copper stills, the vodka achieves a crisp, smooth texture and vibrant character before being expertly blended by Andy and hand bottled for exceptional quality.

Koenig Huckleberry Vodka is made by macerating hand-picked wild huckleberries in vodka, then slowly distilling the blend in our custom-made copper stills. The result is an all-natural spirit with a ripe berry aroma and a lightly sweet flavor that blends beautifully with other spirits, champagne, or fresh fruit juice. One of our favorite ways to enjoy it is mixed with fresh lemonade for a refreshing and elegant cocktail.

Crafted from estate-grown, hand-picked peaches from Idaho’s Sunnyslope region, Koenig Peach Vodka begins with fruit macerated in vodka and slowly distilled in our copper stills. Koenig Potato Vodka is distilled from premium Idaho potatoes using our custom copper pot stills. While more challenging to work with than grain, potatoes yield a vodka of exceptional smoothness and character. The copper distillation enhances purity and consistency, resulting in a clean, elegant vodka unlike any other. Its crisp, refined profile makes it the perfect base for dry martinis, cosmopolitans, and Moscow mules.
